Obviously a simple concept: Mash ripe avocado onto crusty toasted bread, sprinkle with a little sea salt. Optional dashes of pepper or a squeeze of lime. Ratio of deliciousness to effort is insanely high. Even I can handle assembling this.Here are three spins on it, one including bacon.
